See how your whole organisation trains
Your coaches plan and record practices on court. Your head coach sees in one console how the work actually runs, and the data stays with the organisation even after a coach leaves.
For federations, clubs, academies and tour teams.
What your organisation gets
The data belongs to the organisation
The players and their entire training history belong to the organisation, not to the coach. When a coach leaves, neither the players nor their records go anywhere. The head coach reassigns them and the work continues where it stopped.
The head coach's console
On one screen: how many practices are on today, which players have fallen out of rhythm and which coach is responsible for them. From there you can open a player, a single practice, or the analytics behind it.
One shared methodology
The organisation sets the drill codes once, for all of its coaches. Without that every coach measures in their own way and the numbers cannot be compared across the organisation. This way they can.
Also included
Players side by side
The same charts your coaches see, for a whole group at once, grouped by coach or by year of birth.
Your own sign-in site
The organisation gets its own address in the form yourclub.plawtennis.com, with sign-in for its people only. One organisation's data is kept separate from every other.
A coach with several players
The coach's app is built for a phone, right on court: the day's schedule across all of their players, and switching between them in one tap.
A tour player's team is an organisation of its own
The team around one player gets everything above for itself: its own sign-in site and its own console, separate from any federation or club. The tennis coach and the fitness coach each log their own part. The head coach or manager sees both sides, court and fitness, in one place. When someone on the team changes, the player's history stays.
How it works
- 1
The organisation gets its own address
We set up the address, create the organisation and agree the number of coach seats. The head coach signs in and the console is ready.
- 2
The head coach invites the coaches
They generate an invitation code and send it to a coach. The coach enters it once in the app and is in the organisation. Nobody has to be added on their behalf.
- 3
The coaches work, the console shows the result
A coach plans and records practices as usual. The head coach enters nothing: they see a live overview and the analytics of the whole organisation.
Good to know
- The head coach's overview is read-only. Practices are created and edited by the coaches, and once a practice is completed, nobody can change it in the app.
- The database and its backups are in the EU (Frankfurt), and a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is part of the contract.
- The organisation decides how many coach seats it needs, and the number can be increased at any time.
- A coach who already uses P.L.A.W on their own, with their own players, joins the organisation with a separate account. The organisation's data and a coach's private work never mix.
From €49 per coach per month
